We process the personal data you give us (name, e-mail, phone number, hotel and room) only to organise your booking: confirming it, picking you up, contacting you on WhatsApp or e-mail about your trip, and accounting.

We share pickup details only with the drivers, guides and boat partners operating your trip. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising without your consent.

Booking data is kept as long as required by accounting law. You can ask for a copy, a correction or the deletion of your data at info@bellastation.com.
