Booking terms

1. Booking

Bookings made on this website are requests. Your booking is binding once we confirm it by WhatsApp or e-mail with your pickup time.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are per person (excursions) or per vehicle (transfers) and include hotel pickup unless stated otherwise. Unless a deposit is requested, you pay in cash (EUR, USD, GBP or EGP) or by card on the day of the trip.

3. Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Later cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full. If we cancel a trip (e.g. weather or sea conditions), you get a full refund or another date.

4. Pickup

Please be ready in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your pickup time. Pickup times can change by a few minutes; we inform you on WhatsApp.

5. Health and safety

Please tell us about medical conditions, pregnancy or limited mobility before booking. Follow the instructions of guides and boat crews at all times.

6. Liability

Bella Station acts as organiser of the excursions with licensed local partners. We are not liable for personal belongings or for delays caused by events outside our control.
