Flights from Hurghada to Cairo

You are picked up at your hotel in Hurghada around 03:00 and taken to Hurghada Airport. After the flight to Cairo, all transfers in Cairo are arranged for you. In the evening you fly back to Hurghada and are taken to your hotel.

Is hotel pickup included?

Yes. Hotel pick-up and drop-off in Hurghada is included in the price. Pick-up from hotels outside Hurghada, such as El Gouna, Sahl Hasheesh, Makadi Bay and Safaga, is available for an extra charge: message us on WhatsApp for the price. Your exact pickup time is in your confirmation.

Do I have to pay online?

No. Book online and pay in cash, in EUR, USD, GBP or EGP. For most trips you can pay on the day of the trip: our representative meets you at your hotel or at our desk in the hotel reception to collect the payment. For higher-priced trips such as Cairo and Luxor, our driver can collect the payment from you at your hotel before the trip. We arrange the details with you after you book.

How do I get my pickup time?

Once we confirm your booking you receive your pickup time on WhatsApp and by e-mail. The time depends on your hotel. On shared trips, the vehicle can arrive up to 10 minutes after the pickup time. The evening before the trip we send a short reminder.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Just message us on WhatsApp.
